Geek’d Con Guests: Brian O’Halloran

It's almost time for Geek'd Con 2016, presented by Margaritaville Resort and Casino, at The Shreveport Convention Center.

This year, Geek’d Con will be bringing in cult movie hero Brian O’Halloran.

Yes, Dante from Clerks and Clerks II will be coming to Shreveport! Gill Hicks from Mallrats will be live in the Ark-La-Tex.

The clever dialog, written by Kevin Smith, that was executed perfectly by O’Halloran’s ‘Dante’ and Jeff Anderson’s ‘Randal’, created one of the best 90s cult classics in "Clerks". It was one of those movies my cool aunt showed me, and it felt like some kind of ‘underground’ thing…until 2006.

Once the sequel "Clerks II" hit theaters, everyone was a 'Clerks' fan. The 2006 release was the crowning jewel in the 'Clerks' franchise that now include an animated series as well.

Thought he's most well-known for his role as Dante, O'Halloran has a nice following from other projects, like Mallrats, Dogman, and Vulgar.
