Former Substitute Teacher Faces More Sex Crimes Charges

A Bossier City man now faces charges in Caddo and Bossier Parishes for inappropriate sexual activity with juveniles.

Detectives say 26-year-old Reid Christopher Kerr is charged in Caddo with two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles and one of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. He's currently being held in Bossier Parish on similar charges.

Deputies say a fugitive hold has been placed on Kerr at the Bossier Maximum Security Facility until he's returned to Caddo to face charges there.

Reid worked as a substitute teacher at several schools in Bossier and worked as an umpire for school athletics.
