On April 12, 2011, Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters stopped by the Ed Sullivan Theater for a "Live on Letterman" webcast.  The Foo were making the rounds to promote their new album "Wasting Light",

The band decided to make the show an homage to the Beatles (due to the Beatles history making appearance at the theater decades before) - dressing up in Beatle-esque suits and broadcasting the first half of their 2 hour set in black and white.

All-in-all, it was an amazing performance...and as we wait in eager anticipation for the next foo Fighter's album (tentatively scheduled for 2014), I thought it would be a good time to share it.  So I am.  Enjoy.
