Faith No More Debut New Song, 'Cone of Shame,' Live in Tokyo

At a recent gig in Tokyo, Faith No More unveiled a brand new track from their highly-anticipated LP, Sol Invictus. Amidst screaming fans, Mike Patton and company eased into "Cone of Shame," a song that, at least initially, finds the band in a cool and collected state.

A couple of minutes in, though, cool and collected go out the window as Patton sounds like he's possessed by a demon, culminating in an earth-shattering performance that is reminiscent of the much, much heavier side of things in Faith No More's celebrated history. Check it out in the video above.

Just a couple of hours ago, keyboardist Roddy Bottum felt proud of the performance, sharing on Twitter, "It felt good to do that in Tokyo to rectify the wreckage of last night's tumult":

Regardless of the "tumult" Bottum mentions in his tweet, it looked like that first night in Tokyo was packed to the brim with Faith No More fans:
