[UPDATE, Jan. 6, 2014]  The U.S. Marshal's Task Force captured James Taylor III today in the 2200 block of North Riverwood Drive in Bossier City. He was later transported to CCC and booked in.

[ORIGINAL STORY]  The Caddo Sheriff's Office has an arrest warrant for a teen who's believed to have fired shots at an Oil City apartment complex last night.

Detectives say 17-year-old James Taylor, III, also known as "Stank," is wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm. Bond on the arrest warrant is set at $100,000.

Taylor's last known address is the 200 block of East Davis in Vivian. Detective Chris Daniel says witnesses reported a silverfish gray Chevy Impala pulling into the Villa Oaks Apartment Complex at 403 Walnut Street in Oil City. A man, later identified as Taylor, was seen leaning out of the passenger's-side front window. Shots were fired from the vehicle towards two men standing by the stairway, but no one was hit.

Daniel says Taylor and one of the victims are acquaintances and were involved in a Facebook dispute over a female. If you know where Taylor might be, call Det. Daniel at 675-2170 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
