Doyline Man Arrested for Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

A Doyline man faces charges for participating in a sexual online chat with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl.

Caddo Sheriff's Detective Jared Marshall began the online investigation after being contacted by a parent about a child's online chat conversations on a social networking application called Meet24.

Marshall assumed the identity of a 15-year-old and chatted with 23-year-old Michael Lane Pearson. During the conversation, Pearson sent inappropriate text messages and photos.

A warrant was issued for Pearson's arrest and he turned himself in at Caddo Correctional Center later that day. He's charged with indecent behavior with juveniles.
