I have no idea what this point of this commercial is, other than seeing things that look like bukake on this young lady's face.

What is a bit bothersome is that she looks at the size of the sandwich and gives it a thumbs up. If the rumors are true, then the men in the USA have nothing to worry about, but what exactly are these ladies looking for? Girth or Width?
