Coach Ed Orgeron has never been seen as a subtle man. He is very enthusiastic in his approach to college football and his approach to offering life lessons to his players. You can bet when the LSU Tigers football team takes the field Saturday night against Missouri there will be no complacent players wearing purple and gold.

As the interim coach of LSU, Coach Orgeron knows that in order for the Tigers to win they can't continue to do what they have been doing, especially on offense. College Football Analyst and featured contributor on ESPN 1420's Mr. Bitter Show Mike Detillier says the attitude in Tiger town is already changing.

You're hearing it from players about how practices are different, how communication is different. He'll get their attention.

Detillier's comments were reported by the Louisiana Radio Network.

They were not a very focused football team, they did not play with a sense of urgency and really had no pep in their step. They will under Orgeron.

Reporters close to the program say the team has changed the way they practice. Fans will most likely see an invigorated passing attack. Something the Tiger offense had not shown under former coach Les Miles.

It will be more like the pros do. They will determine what is best for your player, against that opponent.

The opponent this week is the University of Missouri. Kickoff in Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge is set for 6:30 PM. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
