Late in the show this morning, comedian and TV host Chris Hardwick called in to promote his stand-up special, Funcomfortable, which premiered Friday on Comedy Central. The extended and uncensored version of the special comes out today. Chris is also the host of @Midnight, which airs Monday-Thursday on Comedy Central at midnight eastern.

We talked to Chris about a bunch of things, like how he seemingly has about 1,000 jobs going on at the same time. When asked if he has ever had any big gaps between work, Chris laughed and pointed out that he basically didn't work at all for about eight full years of his professional career! He also talked about how he's a standup comedian at heart, despite being more known these days as "the guy who talks about AMC shows."
