Check Your Receipts (Part 2) [PIC]

Not too long ago, I mentioned that it is important to check your receipts.Now here is a receipt that was listed as offensive, let's count the ways

Offensive features of this receipt:
#1: Ordering a pizza from a national chain, when you live in New York City. (Didn't this person learn anything from Saturday Night Fever? All you need is a "slice".)
#2: The word "John". A reference to men who pay for prostitutes.
#3: Oh, ya. The name on the order...UNLESS, that is her name.

I am more offended by #1.
