It's hard to believe that the 23rd anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death is coming up in April. Even after all these years, Nirvana is still relevant.  Witness this incredible performance of Smells Like Teen Spirit by a 1,000 piece band.

I'll never forget the one and only time I saw Iron Maiden in concert.  Believe it or not, it was in Waco, the Baptist bastion in the heart of Texas, in the mid-80's.  I was living in Killeen at the time working at KIXS which was a rock station that catered to Fort Hood soldiers...

Billy Corgan, the tallest man in Rock, has been working on a new solo album with legendary producer, Rick Rubin.  Corgan plans to tour to support the album, and he says he'd like to bring his friends along with him.  Those "friends" would be the original lineup of Smashing Pumpkins...
