Caddo Coroner Todd Thoma Wants to Keep Helmet Law in Place [VIDEO]

Caddo Parish Coroner Dr. Todd Thoma is disappointed that some state lawmakers are pushing a bill to repeal the helmet law for motorcycle riders. Thoma says this will lead to deaths in our state.
