Hatebreed kicked off their "10 Years of Perseverance" tour last night in Clifton Park, NY, a tour
commemorating the 10th anniversary of the band's 2002 major-label debut, Perseverance.
Coincidentally, the band have wrapped up recording a new album, just in time for the tour.
We heard earlier in the week that Creed/Alter Bridge/Tremonti bassist Brian Marshall had dropped off of the Mark Tremonti solo tour for 'personal reasons'. We also heard that with one day's notice, Wolfie Van Halen was able to learn the Tremonti setlist and stand in for Marshall at the opening night show in New York.
Rush played the first show of their Clockwork Angels tour in Manchester, New Hampshire this past weekend - and among the surprises of the show was drummer Neil Peart brandishing a gun and firing it at the crowd.
