It’s hard to believe that throughout their 17-year career together, Staind have never released an official live disc, but all that changes this summer when ‘Live From Mohegan Sun’ makes its debut in several formats. The CD version will be available on July 10 followed by the DVD/Blu-ray out on Aug. 14.
Avenged Sevenfold fans in North America were bracing for a summer without any live shows from their favorite band until Metallica came and saved the day. Following the news last week of several new shows added, things seem to have gone south for Van Halen since then. Without much explanation, the legendary rock band just announced that they’ll be postponing all remaining tour dates after their June 26 show in New Orleans, La. With over 30 dates being postponed, the dates impacted start on July 7 in Uncasville, Conn. and span through a Sept. 25 gig in Milwaukee.
