We men have heard it all of our lives. From TV, from magazines, from movies, from books, FROM WOMEN. We don't understand our female counterparts. We don't understand how they think. We don't understand how they feel. And God knows, we know damn near nothing about the female fun stuff. But the last one, thankfully, has been solved by one Lissa Rankin, a doctor who happens to write for Psychology Today. In her column 'Owning Pink', she gives us the low down on what a woman has down low. For your enlightenment, I give you 15 Crazy Things About Vaginas.
So I'm in the market for new living quarters...and I'm trying to find a place in all the usual places - the newspaper, Craig's List, realtors. The problem is, I can't make up my mind what I'm looking for. House with a yard (for the dog)? Apartment downtown (no pesky DUIs after leaving the WWarehouse at 3 am)? Pool (for me)? Garage? Well, today I discovered that I'm making things more difficult than they should be. I can only assume that this is how everyone BUT ME chooses an apartment...
Recently, Pop Evil went into the studio to lay down some acoustic 'bonus tracks' for the deluxe edition of their latest CD, "War of Angels". They came out of the studio with two songs - one acoustic ('Monster You Made'), and one not so acoustic ('Unstoppable')
A geek...that's smoking hot. An oxymoron, right? Not if you're talking about Olivia Munn. But, is she really a geek? Yeah, she was one of the stars of 'Attack of the Show' on the G4 network - a network devoted to the world of video games and the video game lifestyle. But she was this >< close to not being hired because of her weak video game skills. Ok, so she's not so much a geek. But she is hot, right?
Sure there were some funny scenes in 'Hangover 2'. Ditto 'Horrible Bosses'. And 'Paul' didn't get great reviews, but I thought it was one @#%*ing funny movie! But, to me, the funniest scene came from Hall Pass (starring Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis). I'm thinking the this movie might have scored better with audiences had they done a little tweaking of the cast...but this scene...is comedy gold!
With Christmas just around the corner, we'll be seeing more and more Nativity scenes popping up in downtown areas and on suburban lawns (where community standards allow such blatant promotion of religious propaganda).
Ok. So I knew Trent Reznor had settled down. His marriage was no secret. It wasn't really a big deal wedding - like that Kardashian fiasco - so I didn't pay it much mind. I even completely missed the first 'How To Destroy Angels' release. Sorry. I was having a bad year.
For the past week or so, Sixx A.M. have been teasing the release of a new project. A video of a piano version of 'This is Gonna Hurt' led many to believe that the upcoming project, entitled '7' would be a stripped down version of Sixx A.M.
