There's probably very few people that didn't see the Ozzy/Justin Bieber commercial for Best Buy during the Superbowl. Good thing, too, considering Best Buy dropped around $3 million dollars to get the ad aired during the big game.
We don't have long to wait for the next collection of tunz from Dave Grohl and company, so we've got that going for us. No title yet, but the new Foo is set to hit stores (and the 'net) on April 12th, and we should have a new song in our grubby little hands in about a week.
Remember when the commercials that aired during the Super Bowl were as big a deal as he game itself? Yeah, there's still some good stuff during the game, but a lot of companies have taken the fun out it by jumping the gun and airing their "Super Bowl" commercials days before the big game. Not to mention the internet "leaks". So we've seen a lot of these special commercials days, or even weeks before kickoff.
That leaves us with the commercials that were "banned" from this year's game. Publicity stunt or actual censorship? Who knows? But for whatever reason, you won't be seeing these ads tonight:
