2016 Easter by the Numbers According to Wallet Hub

As someone who's been grazing on my family's Easter candy for the last week, these numbers regarding Easter from Wallet Hub, are more believable than I would have originally thought. Heck, I even picked up some additional candy Thursday to supplement our sugar stash.

As I talk about Easter candy and my family, you might think that we may have small children in the house... Yeah, no. Lani is 21yo and yes, she still gets an Easter basket... mainly so her Dad and I have an excuse to plunder her cache of Cadbury Eggs.

All kidding aside, spending $17B+ on Easter related items seems a but excessive. But so does calling raiding your kids Easter basket stealing... Just saying!

P.S. - You should totally start at a chocolate Easter bunny's tail. You're from Louisiana... act like it!
